Freelance Business Analyst

This is a unique opportunity for remote, freelance business analysts to contribute to advanced AI projects.

We are seeking a skilled business analyst who can extract clear, structured understanding of industry processes and task landscapes. Your output will be used to build high-quality evaluation tasks and agent simulations.

  • Analyze procurement workflows, list key steps, documents, decisions, and failure points
  • Research customer support agent tasks in fintech and structure them into reproducible tasks
  • Create evaluation scenarios based on HR department workflows
  • Interview SMEs or use online materials to produce compliance workflow maps in healthcare
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or PhD in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • 3 years of professional experience as an analyst or in a relevant field
  • Advanced level English proficiency (C1) or above
  • Able to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly and work with complex guidelines
