Job Overview
">We are seeking a data analytics expert to join our team. As a key member of the CX Measurement & Insights team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality market research and competitive intelligence to support business strategy and decision-making.
">This role involves analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for improvement. You will design and deploy research approaches to collect desired insights, conduct statistical analyses to ground findings in sound reasoning, and present complex information in a clear and actionable way.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of delivering high-impact research projects. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise recommendations.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Design and deploy research studies to collect desired insights
- Conduct statistical analyses to ground findings in sound reasoning
- Presents complex information in a clear and actionable way
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and meaningful insights
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis using SAS, Python, R, SPSS, or advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of statistical techniques and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
