Transformative Change in Early Education

We're seeking an exceptional Educational Leader to drive change and champion excellence in early education.

As a key member of our centre leadership team, you'll collaborate with educators to enhance educational programs and deepen their understanding of child development and early years content.

You'll lead transformative changes and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, working closely with our centre leadership team to achieve outstanding results.

Role Description:

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll be responsible for observing, reviewing, and continuously enhancing the educational programs offered to children.

You'll work closely with our centre leadership team to achieve our goals and make a lasting impact on children's lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Provisional or Full ECE VIT registration or VIC WWC Check
