Lead Early Childhood Education Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of children's learning and wellbeing. This is a 12-month parental leave cover opportunity to step into a key leadership position where you can make a real impact every day.

About The Opportunity
  • Supporting and mentoring educators to reach their full potential, driving continuous improvement and excellence in early childhood education.
  • Ensuring compliance and safety across all aspects of campus operations, maintaining high standards and protocols.
  • Building trusted relationships with families, fostering strong connections and partnerships.
  • Contributing to a culture of learning, care, and inclusion, promoting a positive and supportive environment for children and staff alike.
About You
  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education & Care qualification, backed by relevant experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), applying this expertise to drive quality outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills, with a proactive and supportive leadership style.
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, as part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional early childhood education.
