Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

The role of a Senior Educator is an exciting chance to lead a team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to children. As a key member of the centre management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, including supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support staff to deliver quality programs and achieve centre goals
  • Manage centre resources, including staffing, equipment, and operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, staff rosters, and centre policies
  • Develop and implement centre-wide initiatives to improve outcomes for children
  • Collaborate with external agencies, including regulatory bodies and community groups
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
