
Travel Claims Specialist

We are seeking a professional to manage and process travel insurance claims, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assess claims with accuracy, empathy, and diligence, guiding customers through the claims process smoothly and confidently.
- Review, assess, and process travel claims with attention to policy terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Make effective decisions on claim assessments consistent with policy/product conditions and benefits.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12+ months' experience in Insurance or Financial Services, preferably with prior experience in claims processing and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and engage professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and adapt to a dynamic workload.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- Immediate Start – 3 months + potential extension.
- Rotating Roster: 7 days a week between 8 am and 8 pm.
- Potential hybrid opportunities - 3 days office / 2 days WFH per week.
