About the Role

The ACT Government's Community Services Directorate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead the Contract Management Team within the Infrastructure and Contracts Branch.

As the Senior Director, Contract Management, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Total Facilities Management Agreement, ensuring the relationship between Government and the provider achieves the expected outcomes.

This role requires a person with high-level influence to drive collaboration and achieve results in a complex contract management environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Contract Management Team to deliver high-quality contract management services
  • Develop and implement governance and performance frameworks to ensure contract compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve contract outcomes and resolve issues
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team to achieve contract objectives

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Contract management experience, including governance and performance frameworks
  • Experience leading teams in a large-scale contract management environment
  • Senior management experience and qualifications in contract, project, or procurement management
