About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Technology team as a Technical Operations Specialist. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our helpdesk service and collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a professional services or corporate environment and possess a strong technical skill set. They will be a performance-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve IT user incidents and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot software issues individually and with the wider team as required
  • Identify common callers and issues for escalation
  • Set up, configure, and relocate IT equipment
  • Register and issue loan IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems individually and with the wider team as required
  • Log service calls with external providers
  • Record helpdesk incidents and requests in our database
  • Assist with computer asset tracking and updating
Salary and Benefits

The salary package for this position includes a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including fully subsidised corporate gym membership, an in-house café providing beverages and snacks, and staff social events.

We also offer a discounted corporate health plan, health and well-being program, complimentary legal advice for wills, estate planning, and conveyancing, and a prime CBD office location.
