Job Description
Lead Client Onboarding and SuccessAs a Client Outcomes Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring seamless system setup. Your primary role will involve serving as the main point of contact post-sale and collaborating with internal teams to guarantee smooth implementation.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 1–3+ years' experience in client success, onboarding, or account management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
