This is a unique opportunity to work as a Senior Case Manager in the Self Insurance industry while also managing Return-to-Work (RTW) cases across a range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years case management experience in NSW scheme, with experience working within self-insurance and RTW coordination experience & SIRA Certification.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Providing quality RTW and case management within the Australian jurisdictions for Workers Compensation
  • Supporting people to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities for both work-related and non-work-related injuries
  • Working to implement return to work plans in workplaces, supporting workers as they recover at work
  • Assisting employers to meet their obligations as required under Workers Compensation legislation
  • Liaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
