About The RoleAs a key member of our retail team, this role is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
About You- Customer service experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous.
- A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
- An obvious passion for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
- Thrives on teamwork and collaboration.
- Is goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.

- Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
