We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at AUTOrecruit, based on the Sunshine Coast. This role presents a great opportunity to build your sales career in the adventure lifestyle industry.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring individual sales targets are met on a consistent basis by understanding and meeting customer needs throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet individual sales targets by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Assist the team to meet its overall sales target.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain high levels of prospecting and follow-up activity.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales reporting and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and success in a sales environment.
- Well-organized, able to meet deadlines, and competent in the use of business-related technology and systems.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive dynamics.
- Highly developed communication skills; verbal, written, and listening.
- Goal-oriented, able to operate independently or as part of a team, resilient in adverse conditions.
- Able to build constructive relationships across multiple stakeholders.
In return, you will be rewarded with a good remuneration package, comprising of retainer + commissions. This role offers a 10-day fortnight.
