Job Overview
About the RoleThis role is designed to support customers who have experienced significant vehicle damage. The primary goal is to ensure customers receive a replacement vehicle as quickly and comfortably as possible.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic support to customers, ensuring they feel understood, reassured, and well cared for during challenging times.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 customer claims, acting as the main point of contact.
- Guide customers through the process of obtaining a replacement vehicle, providing education and information throughout.
- Advocate for customers, using proactive communication and sound decision-making to address their needs and resolve issues as necessary.
