We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Financial Lines team. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office, fostering strong collaboration and communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage specialist financial lines claims with a focus on client advocacy, ensuring timely resolution and maximum satisfaction.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to clients, from initial notification to final settlement, building trust and confidence in our services.
- Offer technical guidance to clients and brokers on policy coverage and interpretation, advocating for clients in relation to insurer indemnity denials, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Respond promptly to queries from brokers and clients, conducting meetings and liaising with clients, insurers, claimants, and external providers, maintaining open channels of communication.
- Oversee moderate to complex claims in accordance with established processes and Client Service Agreements, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for claims referral and collaborate with our Advocacy team on claims issues, driving business growth and improvement through strategic partnerships.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably in financial lines, with a proven track record of success and growth.
- A Law Degree and experience in the legal environment, or ANZIIF qualifications, would be advantageous but not a prerequisite, highlighting adaptability and transferable skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and their respective agents and representatives.
