Job Title: Customer Service OfficerThe Opportunity

We are seeking a highly professional and personable Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a casual position, working day shifts between Monday to Friday.

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide exceptional service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the environment is always customer-friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
  • Contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
