We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Coordinator to manage group bookings and ensure seamless experiences for our clients from enquiry to departure.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include managing all accommodation group booking enquiries, providing accurate quotations, obtaining management-approved rates, handling rooming lists, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating invoicing, maintaining effective communication with external clients, communicating booking details and updates to internal stakeholders, and monitoring group booking performance.

  • Manage all accommodation group booking enquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations
  • Obtain management-approved rates

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders
  • Coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments
  • Maintain effective communication with external clients
  • Communicate booking details and updates to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor group booking performance and prepare reports on statistics and activity
About You:

This role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with property management/booking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
