We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients by answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing factual information to assist with enquiries.
  • Actively listen to clients to gain a practical understanding of their situation and build rapport with them.
  • Offer empathetic assistance and ensure enquiries requiring follow-up are placed in the relevant queue for further action.
  • Document client issues and escalate issues to appropriate parties to resolve.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive team setting.

  • Outstanding communication, active listening, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in handling high work volumes, preferably within a customer service or call centre environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in the pursuit of a solution is also required.
