Customer Experience Manager

The RoleAs a Customer Experience Manager, you will oversee daily operations and supervise store teams. You will lead from the front, providing exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge, service, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Reinforce a customer-centric culture by delivering superior customer experiences.
- Ensure stores are open and ready for customers.
- Manage stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimize sales.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Provide effective leadership and ensure all team members receive feedback, support, and training.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service role.
- Operational supervision experience desirable.
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
