Temporary Property Listings Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a temporary basis.
This role involves managing property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your work will directly support our sales professionals, providing administrative and coordination assistance to facilitate sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms.
- Action listing updates within 24-48 hours of request.
- Edit and upload marketing images and materials using Canva and BoxBrownie.
- Organize and maintain listing records in a centralized Share Folder for easy access.
- Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on REA, Domain, Villages, Downsizing, and Contentful.
- Provide general sales administration support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, BoxBrownie, or similar tools is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with online property listing platforms is an advantage.
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
