Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Sales & Marketing team in coordinating key activities, managing external relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns, manage listings on key aggregator sites, and support the referral program.
  • Handle website content updates, assist with brand and advertising activities, and process expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage senior leadership team meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  2. Support the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) with diary management, travel coordination, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or executive support within a sales and marketing team.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
