We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead operational excellence across our Australian hotel portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior executives to drive seamless delivery of brand standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee revenue, cost, and profitability reviews across hotels
  • Collaborate with HR to uphold brand standards and guest/employee satisfaction
  • Implement and monitor KPIs using balanced scorecard approach
  • Champion the rollout of Vision, Mission, and Values program
  • Act as Relief General Manager when required
  • Provide onboarding support for new General Managers
  • Serve as communication bridge between hotels and corporate office
  • Lead operational improvement and innovation projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in General Manager role
  • Proven experience in multi-property hotel operations or senior hotel management role
  • Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and operational KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience with MLR properties
  • Experience with hotel pre-openings and brand standard implementation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support hotel operations and openings
