Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on the maintenance, servicing, and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Servicing: Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install new machinery and assist with its commissioning to meet customer requirements.
  • Machine Audits: Perform regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Modifications and Upgrades: Execute modifications and upgrades to existing machines.
Requirements
  • Electrician with mechanical aptitude or mechanical trade qualification with restricted electrical license.
  • Experience in electrical troubleshooting skills (Low voltage 24vdc).
  • Experience in food industry with packaging and processing equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with methodical approach to solving technical issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals & drawings.
  • Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to technical, application and other related issues.
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office with comfort using various Apps/software on associated devices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Customer focused and able to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • A confident, self-motivated team player.
