Electrical Technician Position

This role is focused on servicing stationary battery equipment and Tesla charging infrastructures. It requires extensive travel, technical skills, and strong communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment according to the service engineering team's specifications
  • Travel extensively to cover multiple locations, ensuring prompt and reliable service delivery
  • Perform electro-mechanical debugging, rework, and repair tasks efficiently
  • Operate hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measurement devices with precision
  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures for Tesla Energy equipment
  • Maintain open communication within the Tesla Energy service organization
  • Support sites outside your region and country as needed, showcasing adaptability and teamwork
  • Ensure Powerwall and Supercharger sites remain operational, contributing to the overall success of the project
Requirements
  • Hold a certified electrician qualification (Electrical License Level 4) with current registration
  • Have at least 3 years' experience in electrical work within the Commercial, Industrial, or Utility sector (Solar/Wind preferred)
  • Possess an up-to-date electrical license and police check
  • Able to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings effectively
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills and ability to work remotely
  • Show reliability, proactivity, and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work outdoors and travel extensively
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be able to lift 20-25kg safely

This is a mid-senior level position requiring a strong background in electrical work and excellent communication skills.
