Job Title: Youth Development Coordinator

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformational change in the lives of young people and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timely referrals, conducting assessments, developing individualised case plans and goals, which include working closely with families and relevant services, and providing ongoing support to ensure the well-being and success of each client.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of the needs of young people and their families, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need a Bachelor degree in psychology, social sciences, or related fields, and a minimum of two years' experience working with young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of young people and their families
  • Develop and implement individualised case plans and goals in collaboration with families and relevant services
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy to ensure the well-being and success of each client

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology, social sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with young people and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
