Site Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Site Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational tasks of various projects undertaken by our division.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operational tasks of major and minor projects
  • Provide front-line and planning support to the Project Manager and Coordinator
  • Assist with the development of project scopes, resource planning, work scheduling, and coordination of job timelines
  • Manage daily operational tasks on site
  • Ensure efficient site delivery by overseeing the work of contractors, staff, and resources as needed
  • Deal with residents and other members of the community as work progresses, ensuring they are fully informed of work and safety requirements when and where applicable
  • Supervise plant, labour, resources and procedures of all aspects of major and minor site projects to ensure acceptable quality, safety and production requirements are met
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential:
  • 5 years experience in Civil Construction/Maintenance work
  • Civil - Certificate IV in Civil Construction
  • Frontline Management Certificate IV or equivalent experience
  • WHS General Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • Civil Construction Certificate IV – First Aid Certificate
  • Licenses/Tickets:
  • Drivers Licence Class C
  • MR and/or HR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Traffic Controller certification
  • Desirable:
  • HIAB Ticket

  • Permanent full-time position, 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off (9-day fortnight)
  • Salary range: $79,419 p.a. with progression to $83,444 p.a. on demonstrated competencies, with performance progression to $93,028 p.a., plus 12% Super
