Customer Service Representative">

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through end-to-end fulfilment of online liquor orders.

About the Role:

- You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve accuracy and productivity in picking and packing customer orders.

- Manage stock inventory and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • 12 months' experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 17kg and stand for long periods.
  • Forklift license desirable.
  • Accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain.
