Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering customer orders to their homes while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

You will operate company vans to deliver customer orders, safely navigating local neighbourhoods during the day or night. Your responsibilities will also include picking and packing orders for delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer orders to their homes, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Pick and pack orders for delivery, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas with confidence
  • Work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and have a safe driving record
  • Confidently drive and navigate through busy streets and suburban roads
  • Be active, able to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points
