Customer Order Fulfilment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our team at our Coles Liquor Online Fulfilment Centre. As an integral part of our end-to-end fulfilment process, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched in a timely manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing customer orders with precision and efficiency;
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and monitoring stock movements;
  • Loading and unloading trucks, as well as performing other warehouse duties as required;
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
