Job Title: Order Fulfilment Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Order Fulfilment Officer to join our team. As an Order Fulfilment Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Despatch operation
- Picking and packing of orders
- Using warehouse systems to track and find orders
- Stocktake of products when needed
- General warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse/despatch experience is highly beneficial
- Operational knowledge and experience of warehouse and distribution processes and principles
- Previous experience picking and packing experience is beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Strong reliability and punctuality
