The Opportunity:

Our Performance Participation and Change Team is growing, seeking client-focused consultants to deliver challenging projects with top-notch outcomes. We partner with infrastructure and utility clients to navigate organisational challenges, holistically planning and implementing major business transformation and change to raise operational performance and efficiency.

As a seasoned consultant, you'll support client organisations to deliver their vision, leveraging your expertise in bridging the gap between technical engineering and infrastructure delivery.

Attitude and Ability

A strong people focus, understanding business change impacts on teams and individuals. You'll support our clients through complex change while balancing employees, business and operational needs. Lean-six sigma qualified, problem identifier-solver, thinking at a strategic level, rolling up sleeves to implement and transition client businesses to new ways of working.

Confidence to work independently as an embedded member of client teams, or be guided by senior team members to develop skills and experience. An understanding of infrastructure agencies and utilities strategic needs and direction would be advantageous.
