Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement by analyzing complex processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to translate these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, facilitating workshops and meetings to clarify needs and expectations.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop process models, workflows, use cases, and support system design.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify insights and improve business performance.
  • Work with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Manage risks related to requirements and delivery.
  • Support change management, including training and documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong skills in business process design, project execution, and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in requirements development, scope, feasibility, and benefits planning.
  • Skilled in risk management and prioritization.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
