Digital Transformation and Technology Consulting

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver client engagements, build team performance and capability at both an individual and team level.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital consulting, leading assessments of clients' current technology landscapes, and providing informed recommendations using in-depth knowledge on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic advice on digital transformation, technology implementation, innovation strategies, and technology risk management tailored to client needs
  • Delivering assessments of clients' current technology landscapes and recommending solutions
  • Managing engagement teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
  • Fostering and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and execute business growth through business development activity, proposal development, scoping, estimating, and budgeting
  • Coaching junior team members and client staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

A successful applicant for this role will possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including executive report writing and the ability to deliver ad-hoc and formal presentations to internal, client, and executive stakeholders.

Required qualifications include 7-10 years of experience in technology consulting in a professional services firm, market profile, and digital specialisations in development from a broad base of experience.
