Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our strategy and transformation group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the successful delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives.

About the Role

The Senior Transformation Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Strategy & Analysis: Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business value and growth; identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing change management programs.
  • Business & Technical Delivery: Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions; collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Ai & Automation: Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency and productivity; analysing data flows and validating models to inform business decisions.
  • Transformation & Change: Managing complex transformation programs; developing and executing communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote cultural change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; facilitating workshops and communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Data & Reporting: Developing and managing dashboards to track key performance indicators; performing data analysis to inform business decisions and validate outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AI/automation technologies and data analysis tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field; certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) preferred. 3+ years' experience in business analysis with a technical focus, ideally within transformation or digital programs. Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies. Experience with agile delivery and tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments is highly desirable.
