Job Title: Senior Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Consultant to support the successful delivery of change across our organisation.

  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate and track change activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain change artefacts (e.g., stakeholder maps, readiness checklists, impact assessments).
  • Identify impacted stakeholders and develop engagement plans.
  • Prepare stakeholder presentations, communications, and briefing materials.
  • Monitor feedback channels and escalate issues and risks appropriately.
  • Draft and maintain communication materials (FAQs, updates, newsletters).
  • Coordinate and deliver training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering and/or certification in change management methodologies, demonstrated experience in business transformation and change projects, preferably in complex organisations.

They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and be highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work across competing priorities.
