Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely advice and support to ensure the seamless operation and efficiency of our HR team's processes and activities. You will report to the Human Resources Business Partner and collaborate closely with the HR team to:

  • Resolve HR enquiries and provide coaching to leaders on case management
  • Extract and compile data to inform people management indicators and make informed decisions
  • Optimise the employee experience and improve efficiency through insights from HR systems and data channels
  • Support team members in interpreting and adhering to Enterprise Agreement requirements
  • Contribute to the review and revision of HR policies and processes
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR operations, preferably in a generalist role
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with expertise in HR policies and procedures, enterprise agreements, and industrial instruments
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
  • A willingness to tackle challenges and succeed with competing priorities
