As Senior Promotions Strategist, you'll play a key role in developing and executing effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and ARPU growth targets.
  • Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of promotions in partnership with regional Marketing teams.
  • Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring timely execution of offers and promotions.
  • Work with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions in a scalable way.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular reports and insights to drive optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.
