Job Summary

Working as a Service Delivery Coordinator offers an opportunity to develop your skills in monitoring, managing and delivering services. This role involves working within a team to ensure all services run safely on time and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, excellent communication skills, intermediate level computer skills and the ability to operate effectively in a team.

About the Role

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all stakeholders including customers and colleagues
  • Entering detailed and quality data into systems to track and manage service delivery
  • Directing the movement of teams across operations to minimize travel and delays
  • Identifying incidents and finding efficient ways to manage disruptions and resolve issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers

About You

  • Flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour shift pattern
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple mediums including phone and email
  • Intermediate level computer skills with background in systems advantageous
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team and make decisions under pressure
  • An interest in pursuing a long career in transportation and logistics is beneficial
