The core mission of the Service Delivery Coordinator for Managed Services is to provide a seamless and delightful after-sale experience for our customers.
The Salesforce Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of Managed Services to clients. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The Service Delivery Coordinator will be the trusted advisor for clients, working with them to ensure they get the most out of the services they have purchased.
Some key activities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver exceptional service and acting as the the main point of contact for clients.
- Estimate and provide a high-level solution for Tickets raised by customers’
- Team coordination including; utilisation management, day-to-day management and assignment of tasks
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations, monitoring adherence and taking corrective actions when needed.
- Client reporting and reviews
- Advocate for customer success within the organisation, acting as a customer champion and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and client satisfaction, and proactively implement improvements.
**Qualifications**
**The role is suited for someone with the following**:
- Proven experience in Salesforce service delivery or project coordination.
- Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and service delivery processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client issues effectively.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and services

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
