Residential Care Support Specialist

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of residential rooms and common areas to a high standard.
- Team members will work together to ensure the upkeep of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support peers and foster a positive team dynamic.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
Key Requirements:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for caring for others.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in cleaning (desired).
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse interactions.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with residents and families.
- Reliability as a team player.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
