Job Title: Support Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Support Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care and supporting residents with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care, such as showering and dressing
  • Supporting with daily activities, including eating and social events
  • Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure resident care plans are implemented effectively
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Providing exceptional service to families and the community

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse individuals
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
  • Effective communication and literacy skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Covid vaccination evidence and NDIS screening check or willingness to obtain
