As a key member of our Residential Care team, you will be responsible for delivering quality care services and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of care, collaborating with clinical specialists, registered nurses, and assistant nurses to promote clinical excellence and a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advise on clinical issues and drive initiatives to improve care outcomes;
  • Supervise the assessment, planning, and delivery of care to promote best practice;
  • Assist with admissions, medication management, documentation, rostering, and staff management;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience;
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and continuous improvement;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in AN-ACC;
  • Extensive experience supporting consumers living with dementia;
  • Previous experience managing staff;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Well-developed organisational skills;
  • Experience in palliative care and acute deterioration;
