Job Description:

As an Account Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and needs. You will bring back valuable insights to help us craft effective proposals and collaborate closely with different teams to manage risks related to our contracts and daily account management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create customer-based development plans to drive organic growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure alignment with sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Value-Added Program Management: Design and manage value-added programs tailored to client needs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor and address any contract non-compliance issues promptly to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Optimize stock levels to maximize profitability and forecast demand to minimize obsolete stock.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure all sales planning and product range efficiency tasks are completed within client-defined time frames to meet relevant KPIs.
