
Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking an exceptional professional to develop strong customer relationships, maintain a portfolio of corporate accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
- Responsibilities include retaining existing business, increasing investment, building and developing relationships with new clients, and maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
Maintaining positive working relationships and continually seeking better ways of doing things that provide improved outcomes is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong customer relationships and increase revenue through the management of an agreed portfolio of Business Events and Corporate Accounts.
- Work closely with the Commercial Team to respond to event enquiries, prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, convert leads, and prepare contracts.
- Execute the sales strategy and achieve set targets.
- Manage an agreed portfolio of Business Events and Corporate Accounts.
Requirements
- A passionate and skilled multi-tasker who prioritizes the client's experience.
- Driven for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proven track record in sales growth and management.
- Ability to perform end-to-end sales process from canvassing to converting sales opportunities.
