Healthcare Advocate Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive triage assessments to determine the level of care required by clients
  • Provide accurate and empathetic information and/or referrals to support clients' health needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of three years of full-time equivalent recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse Division 1, with current AHPRA Registration and no notations
  • Varied nursing background involving substantial public contact, including but not limited to: A&E, Paediatric, Community Care, and Acute Medical/Surgical
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service via phone and other mediums
