Geriatric Medicine Specialist Role

Bendigo Health is a major regional hospital providing world-class healthcare to central and northern Victoria.

The Geriatric Medicine Team is seeking an experienced Consultant Physician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care and specialist service to patients in the area of responsibility
  • Medical leadership to the Geriatric Medicine Team
  • Support to the Advanced Trainee and broader Geriatric medical education
  • Assisting the Clinical Director with management of the unit
Requirements
  • Senior consultant physician qualifications and experience
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
