As a key member of our successful Flight Catering team, you will assist the Production Manager in delivering operational plans and provide direction to a team of Chefs and Catering Attendants.

  • Drive food quality across all meal classes with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Manage menu development and specifications for airline partners.
  • Oversee daily and weekly planning of food preparation, shift allocation, and rostering.
  • Champion Safety and Quality throughout the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop employees across Line Chef, Leading Hands, and Supervisors.
  • Monitor flight schedule forecasts and adjust the weekly production plan accordingly.
  • Review productivity, processes, and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food presentation that meets customer requirements.
