Content Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Content Partnerships Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for bringing creativity to media and acting as the interface between Wavemaker and our partners.

The successful candidate will have experience managing teams, a passion for content and partnerships, and strong up-to-date knowledge of the media landscape. They will also possess clear and concise communication skills, strong presentation skills, and a creative thinking mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client media plans across core pillars, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and internal reports, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the Wavemaker proposition, core Content Partnerships processes, and our way of working, applying this expertise to drive strategic planning and deliverables.
  • Engage in research and analysis using appropriate tools, providing insights and ideas that inform responses to briefs and drive business outcomes.

Success Metrics:

  • Proactive immersion in the team, staying informed about active and upcoming campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Established relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports, built on trust, respect, and effective communication.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Wavemaker proposition, core Content Partnerships processes, and our way of working, applied to drive strategic planning and deliverables.
  • Fully up to speed with clients and able to offer valuable insights and perspectives on the Content Partnership space.
  • Active engagement in strategic planning, attending briefing sessions, undertaking research, and providing actionable insights that inform business decisions.
