Job Title: Senior Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communications strategy development, media connections planning, and the media planning and buying landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive core functions of strategic discipline for media responses
  • Develop, manage and grow a team of media strategists
  • Identify local 'big bet briefs' that present opportunities to deploy strategic process or potential for award-worthy work
  • Guide award-worthy work through creative media solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of media industry and proprietary tools and systems
  • Experience with audience tools such as Roy Morgan and AQX
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing science
  • Ability to integrate and collaborate across end-to-end response to brief
