Marketing Professional - Join a dynamic team and drive property marketing initiatives.

This exciting opportunity presents a unique chance to collaborate with a diverse Property Developer in an experienced Marketing department. With the promotion of the previous role holder, this position has become available.


The company maintains a robust pipeline of master-planned projects across Australia. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for campaign coordination and gain exposure to multiple upcoming project launches.


You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and execute marketing strategies from concept through to execution, gaining valuable experience across all facets of property marketing with a focus on large-scale land development and mixed-use precincts.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across various community developments.
  • Manage website updates, email campaigns, and social media content creation.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, signage, and display suite materials.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies and monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Contribute to reporting and insights.
  • Support the implementation of customer personalisation and emerging AI marketing tools.
  • Work with creative agencies, media partners, and PR teams to deliver campaigns.
  • Coordinate community events and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage marketing administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and project tracking.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Must have property development marketing experience in Greenfield, Land, or Communities.
  • Client-side experience is preferable, but open to agency-side experience working with Property Development clients or similar experience.
  • Digital marketing skills, with experience in content creation and campaign coordination, are beneficial.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, including WordPress, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools, is beneficial.
  • Excellent written communication and project management abilities.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for innovative marketing solutions.
