Overview

We're growing fast at One Haven — and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes paid social media advertising and lead generation. If you can craft campaigns that stop the scroll, generate high-quality leads, and turn interest into action, you'll love this role. You'll help us:

  • Build and scale our B2C lead pipeline through smart, targeted ads.
  • Grow our B2B referral network with impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Keep our existing client community engaged so they keep coming back for more.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and run multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, EDMs) with a big focus on paid social ads.
  • Create ad copy, social posts, and email campaigns that convert.
  • Work with the team to align marketing with sales goals and community engagement.
Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years' experience in digital marketing with a track record in B2C lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Data-driven, creative, and results-focused.
  • Bonus: Real estate or property investment marketing experience.
